Hydrogenated chromium molybdenum steel plate

High grade pipeline steel

Advanced pipeline steel is characterized by thick specification, high strength and good toughness, etc. We have realized the mass production of the whole series of products from L245 to X80 pipeline steel. X70/X80 pipeline steel hot rolled coils are widely used in domestic and overseas key pipeline projects.

Ni series low-temperature pressure vessels

HBIS has become the manufacturer with the most complete specifications for domestic Ni-based ultra-low temperature steel, producing 3.5Ni steel, 5Ni steel, and 9Ni steel series products. HBIS has obtained certifications from 6 ship classification societies including China, USA, and Italy. These steels have been applied in the first LNG project of Sinopec, where 9Ni steel is used to manufacture the core power units - the giant C-type LNG fuel tanks for two world's largest LNG-fueled car transport ships, achieving mass production and successfully replacing imports.

High manganese steel

HBIS successfully passed the China Classification Society high manganese steel factory certification, making it the first domestic company capable of mass-producing steel plates up to a maximum thickness of 40mm in accordance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines, as well as meeting the requirements of the American pressure vessel standard with a maximum thickness of 63.5mm, which has reached the international advanced level.
